Originally from the North of France, Caroline Fouque grew up in Roubaix. As a teenager, she discovered her passion for foreign languages. Thus, she studied Applied Foreign Languages, Specialized in International Trade & Translation English, German at Lille III University. She completed her bachelor's degree in 1999, as part of the Erasmus program at the University of Translation and Interpretation in Mainz, Germany. Driven by her passion for pedagogy and language teaching and her desire to learn, she returned to university in 2016 to do a Master in language teaching at the University of Valencia in Spain.
She learned Spanish and Catalan in Barcelona where she lived for over 18 years.
Passionate about foreign languages and eager to discover the world and its various cultures, she lives in Germany, Belgium, Ireland and Spain. She traveled the world in 2009, working as an official translator on a luxury cruise ship, the Azamara Quest. In 2015, she created Laprofe in Barcelona and in 2019 Voyage en Langues, an online language school, presenting a method centered on transversality, interdisciplinarity and pronunciation, giving a particular importance to the rhythm, the intonation to the peculiarities of the oral language and to make them aware of the articulatory peculiarities of the sounds of the language.
Today more than 25 children and adults from different countries like China, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Brazil, Argentina and Italy are studying in her school.
